Matthew Russell founded RussTech to give small and mid-size business owners the same systems that keep larger organizations running smoothly, without the big-company price or complexity.

Matthew is an executive business leader in the healthcare industry. For the last six years he has directed business operations for multi-location organizations, building the processes that keep scheduling, staff, and customer communication running every day. Before that he spent two decades in sales, recruiting, and workforce leadership, building teams that turn inquiries into customers.

RussTech is built on that mix of operations and sales: a website that answers questions, books jobs, and follows up, so owners can spend their time on the work itself. He's a graduate of Stevenson University.
